Return Policy
You may return an item for refund or replacement within 7 calendar days of the date your shipment is received. Some of our vendors will allow more generous return time frames, but it does vary, and in such cases, we will abide by the vendor's policies. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. When you return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement within 2 weeks time. On some items a 15-20% restocking fee may be charged if the item is not damaged and was shipped as ordered. You will be notified at the time you make your request whether or not the item being returned is subject to restocking.
Your packing slip will indicate where you need to send your return, which will sometimes be directly to the manufacturer.

Please Note: Leather goods are only eligible for return within 10 days of receipt. Any requests that come through after that may be decined.
**Please note: any additional fees from UPS (i.e. refused packages, returns without an RMA, undeliverable packages, etc) will be deducted from the refund.
